This body's mission is "...a developed and fair society" and its vision is "...reliable and with excellence in the execution of its actions, projecting our City in the construction of jobs and income." But people at the reception are rude, treating people in any way as if you were begging for a favor, I went back twice and there was still a wait for the system to be offline. But the person who helped me was a true person who feels the social side and made me feel that most of the time the problem is the human being and not the Institutions. Thank you for your excellent and reliable service.

Good service, serious and friendly staff.. They really help you find a job that matches your profile.. but you need to be persistent and know what you really want.. The day I went, to do Proinc (name at that time/beginning of 2021) It took me a whole morning, until lunch time, it was very long and tiring, we faced queues outside the establishment. And the day I went looking for a job (end of 2022) it was even considerably quick, I left there with two interviews scheduled. So it depends on the day or year the employees are willing to work, and it also depends on the persistence.

The establishment needs an improvement not only in the structural but also in the social aspect, as the website said 200 registrations were available every day, arriving there at 1:27 pm registrations had already closed, the guy at reception said that they only released 130 registrations that's because it was 200
